- Human Resources Administration and Commissions Application - Web based internal application using Java and MS SQL Server to track employee information, salary history, vacations and bonus administration (including sales force).
- National Point of Sale (POS) System Development / Deployment - Project management through full software / system development life cycle. 15,000 lane point of sale system encompassing back end UNIX servers communicating with card swipe terminals as well as EDI back end links for national retail chain customers. This was a large eight month project.
- Live 7 x 24 Data Center Move - Complete move including facilities preparation, managing data circuit orders, backup generator installation and cable plant installation.
- 7 x 24 Call Center Deployment - Managed the installation of 70 new CSR stations in 8,000 sq. ft. space. Included managing architect, building contractors, electricians, voice/data wire plant installers, furniture vendor, computers, phones and accompanying voice/data services, fire suppression system installers, PBX installation and server capacity expansion.

- 43 Office Washington DSHS Overhaul - Full replacement of LAN infrastructure.
- Large LAN Overhaul - 300+ station network for Spokane County Sheriff's Department.
- Intranet/Extranet Administration - assumed responsibilities for departing intranet/extranet admin of large multinational corporation; HTML, ASP, Perl, IIS, sendmail.
- Nortel 81C PBX Installation - Large PBX installation. A fully populated 81C supports over 12,000 termination points. This switch was used in a call center application including full ACD capability.
- Network Operation Center Setup - installation and configuration of HP OpenView SNMP Management package to monitor and manage data center including all telecommunication services (OC12s, DS3s, T1s), routers, servers, database servers and firewalls.
- Network Time Protocol (NTP) Implementation for OLTP Environment - design and implementation of time synchronization scheme for multiple database severs in an OLTP environment. This enabled call detail records generated from multiple long distance switches to create time stamps within a synchronized time domain.
- Portfolio Model Data Warehouse - design and implementation of data warehouse loaded with 30 years of stock market data for use in analysis of portfolio models.
- Oracle Parallel Server (OPS) / Application Installation - implementation of OPS on HP-UX cluster serving a large Computer Telephony application.
